- A terms and conditions agreement and statement of work is sent
for your signature. This document needs to be signed and returned to us prior to
placing your first order.
- 48-hour turnaround on standard denominations ($10, $25, $50, $100)
plus mailing time. Non-standard denominations are 48-to-72-hour
turnaround and incur an additional processing fee.
- All bulk orders receive a packing list.
- Orders sent directly to recipients require
specific file format requirements. Personalized packing lists are available.

Refund/Replace/Reissue
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or eligible for refunds.
Lost and/or stolen gift cards will not be canceled or replaced.
Payment
Payment can be made by check or electronic funds transfer. Make
check payable to JCPenney Incentive Sales.
Gift Card Mail Options
All bulk orders are sent via UPS 2nd Day. Priority Mail and/or UPS 2nd
Day service may be used and rates quoted. Following are overnight fees based on number of units:

Individual Mail
Gift cards may be sent directly to individual addresses for an additional
charge. Priority mail and/or UPS service 2nd day may
be used and rates quoted. Postage will be charged at actual cost. A handling fee
for individual mailings of $1.50 per mailing will apply. Contact us for
