Q. When I place an order, how long will it take to receive it?
A. Gift Cards are processed within 48 hours after the order is received. Delivery date depends on shipping method.
Q. Can I pay with a credit card?
A. Yes, we accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover.
Q. Can I be invoiced for my order?
A. Yes, credit terms can be established. All orders will be invoiced, regardless of terms. JCPenney Incentive Sales issues hard copies of invoices to all clients via mail, fax or email.
Q. Where can I use the JCPenney Gift Card?
A. At the store, online, or through the catalog. This includes JCPenney Salons, Portrait Studios, and Optical Centers.
Q. What are the standard denominations for the Gift Cards?
A. $10, $25, and $100 with custom denominations available up to $500.
Q. What method are the cards shipped to me in bulk?
A. In order to track packages, the cards are shipped UPS 2nd day overnight mail, unless requested otherwise with client’s shippers’ account number.
Q. Can the cards be shipped direct to participant?
A. Yes.
Q. What methods can I use to make a payment?
A. Payments can be made by check, ACH or Wire Transfer, or credit card.
Q. How can I place an order?
A. Orders can be made via email, fax, mail or phone and online (for Select Package orders only).
Q. Do the Gift Cards have an expiration date?
A. No, the Gift Cards have no expiration date.
Q. I lost my card, can it be replaced?
A. Gift Cards cannot be replaced, refunded or reissued.
Q. Can the Gift Card be redeemed for cash?
A. No, Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
