Purchasing Guidelines - Branding and Logo Usage

The following is information regarding our logo and brand name use for any advertising or marketing campaigns. Please contact a JCPenney Incentive Sales Account Rep at 800.832.4438 if you have any questions.

Business Incentives

If your company has an established business relationship with the card recipients, i.e. employees, customers, clients, etc., you may use the JCPenney logo to promote your program.

Consumer Promotions

If your company is awarding JCPenney Gift Cards to consumers or potential customers via a promotional tie-in, please allow 30 days for JCPenney approval of logo usage in program elements.

In order to ensure consistent graphic standards of our logo, please provide a PDF of the materials prior to distribution. If you wish, we will be happy to provide you with the JCPenney Style Guide and logos for use.
